Please Note: For routine support issues and questions our normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm PST (excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Emergency after-hours support support is available outside of these times. Please leave a telephone message and an Argus representative will contact you as soon as possible. There may be a short delay in getting back to you if we are currently working with other customers.

Remote PC Access

For certain support issues and locations, Argus may need access to your Argus Server PC to assist you.Please click here to download and run the Argus Controls QuickSupport client. This application will let our service technicians remotely connect to your PC and provide troubleshooting assistance.

If you have problems downloading the QuickSupport executable, you can also download a zipped copy here. You will need to unzip this file once downloaded and run the ArgusControlsQuickSupport.exe program contained within to start the support session.

Once the application starts, you will see the following screen:
