Remote Help with TeamViewer
Argus Service may need remote access to your Argus Server PC to provide troubleshooting assistance. Please click the TeamViewer button below to download and run:
Once the application starts, you will see the following screen:
If TeamViewer is launched through the Argus software you will see the screen (above left) where the password is marked as ****.
If TeamViewer is launched as a stand alone application then you will see the screen (above right) which has both an ID and password.
Please provide Argus Service with the 9 digit ID code and password (if applicable).
